Why is my order status showing as processing?
This status means your order has been placed and we're doing our job on getting it packaged and ready to ship. Keep in mind, with all the different products we handle, some items may be in stock and shipping quickly, while others are special ordered and may take additional time before shipping. 

When will my order ship?
Simply put...as soon as possible. While we try to stock as many items as possible, some items are dropshipped from the manufacturer and stock quantities aren't always readily available.

I didn't receive everything on my order, but my order shows complete.
Typically this happens with items that are bundled in a package or kit. We only have availablity to place one tracking number per line item. We typically place the first tracking number on your order and follow up with additional tracking numbers (as soon as they're available) to notes on the order which are emailed.
